The Eastern Iowa Airport is a 3,288 acre facility owned by the City of Cedar Rapids and operated by the Cedar Rapids Airport Commission.
Navigational Aids include ILS, VOR, RVR, DME, NDB, terminal area radar and secondary surveillance radar. The Airport is capable of handling aircraft from the smallest, such as a Cessna 150, to the largest, such as the Boeing 747.
Terminal: The terminal facility, opened in 1986, and expanded in 1996, has 106,480 usable square feet; 13 aircraft gate positions, 2,061 public automobile parking spaces; concession services including food and beverage, gifts, car rentals, shuttle service, and information and business services.
